Chapter 19
Comrades
"What?" Meia asked her in a shocking way.
"Yes, you have to start from the observing place of the Peaksis (a floor higher than the place Hibiki was thrown) to get into the Peaksis," Pyoro explained.
"That's nuts!!! That time when you guys threw me, I was half unconscious. But this is way to over the universe!!!" Hibiki scolded him, backing up for Meia?
Parfet cut in, "Hibiki, she's going to use the capsule that brought Misty here. We opened the cover and tried to change it into a non-mechanical structure. We need the capsule in case the red Peaksis rejected her. With that, we need at least 70 feet of distance between the Peaksis to reach the certain force of gravity to bring along the capsule. If not, it won't work. Because we're not sure if the red Peaksis will accept her. So, this is the safest one. To come back, you'll have 12 hours before we re-activate the energy source to bring you back. If failed, we'll do it every 6 hours in case anything happens. You won't need the capsule anymore because you trespassed the path already. You can just carry your case, because I covered it with another non-mechanical magnetic cover so that the Peaksis won't destroy it...."
Pyoro went up to Meia carrying a small palm size case. As Meia opened it, "It contains men's pills. Each pill will keep you energize for 12 hours. The yellow pills are for healing a wound or any slight sickness."
"What? THAT complicated???" Hibiki's hair stood up.
"That's okay. I understand..." Meia smiled confidently.
"Hibiki, you're just scared, ne?" Pyoro grinned.
"Baka! Shut up!" Hibiki scolded Pyoro his big mouth...
Launching in 2 hours time.... Meia thought.
BC and Gasco escorted Magno to the engineering room...
"How's the operation, Parfet?" BC asked.
"Perfecto!" Parfet with two thumbs up.
"Meia, any second choice in mind?" Gasco made sure.
"Never. Second choices will turn a goal into dust," Meia stated.
"Hmm.... She's still as stubborn as old," sighed Magno
"She has a sharp tongue as usual," Hibiki told Pyoro.
"Just like you," Pyoro gave a statement.
"WHAT D'YA MEAN BY ME??" Hibiki shouted. Hibiki's eyes grew big and fiery, while Pyoro quickly cover his ears.
Duero appeared from the back of the room. Everyone was shocked.
Parfet knew they're needing an explanation, "I'm sorry minna but I needed his help into getting this project done by yesterday. Since he's good in doing this, so after a while, I had to tell him to have him understand the operation fully. Gomen," Perfet looked down feeling guilty.
"It's okay, Parfet. Its no one's fault," Magno smiled, "So are we all here?"
"Chotto!!" A familiar voice rushed into the room, it's Bart!
"Bart!?!!!" Hibiki, Meia, Duero and Parfet went shock.
"I'm sorry but we need a Navigator too," BC explained.
"We need him to keep away from enemies to make sure this operation goes smoothly," Pyoro cut in.
"Okay, minna! Let's take a break now before Meia goes," Magno said.
"Hai....." everyone seemed high-spirited.
"Bart! Situation?" BC asked.
"Normal."
"Oh shoot!" Parfet hit her head.
"Nanda, Parfet?" Gasco asked.
"We should use the radar room to make a long distance search for life precaution, but who's gonna do it?"
"Misty...." Meia questioned.
"Another person?" Hibiki moaned.
"We have no choice I guess," Magno said, "BC?"
"Hai, Misty! Come over to the engineering room now."
As Misty came into the room, everyone went silent not knowing what facial expression they should show or what to say. BC walked to blank girl who felt weird about the current atmosphere.
